My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The front desk staff was exceptionally polite and efficient, and I felt very welcomed upon arrival. The housekeeping team, led by Mrs. Terry, did a splendid job keeping everything clean and tidy. However, the exterior of the property could use some cosmetic upgrades. The surrounding area had some people hanging around that looked a bit questionable, but they weren't bothersome. Still, the location offered easy access to a lot of nearby shops and restaurants, which was great.
